“Perfect hotel in a nice area, clean room, pool and great breakfest”

“A couple of things bring the hotel down a little bit for us on our recent stay. Initially it was the fact that we could not check in for almost 3 hours due to them having lost their entire computer system. While I understand it wasn't their fault, it was an annoyance that altered our plans for the day. The other issue was if you like normal sized pillows, the barely over half size pillows that you get. Granted you get four of them on the queen size bed. However, you're going to need all four to make up the equivalent of two pillows. If you need support, you might want to bring your own. We may do but it was an annoyance. Staff was great: Cleaning stuff was on top of things and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was another partial star off. It's the usual cereal, toast, etc, and then they'll have a hot item of the day. You're on your own so it can be a little confused and trying to find everything that you need. Well, the sausage was great, the egg Patty? Left a lot to be desired as far as being a hot meal. Again, it's included in free so you're happy for it. However, the hot portion is definitely a defrozen and microwaved concept, so keep that in mind. We used it as a first breakfast ie a snack with morning coffee and then got a brunch breakfast later on in the day. Overall not a bad place to stay if you're in the area, as it is very convenient to lots of restaurants and fast food in the area, as well as having a Walmart literally a block away which is open from 6:00 to 11:00 for emergency needs.”
