“Good location for restaurants and shopping ”

“Poor”

“Everything was fine except we had no ac in the room and it was 90 degrees ”

“the bathrooms in our room should have been cleaner; there was black mold in areas. it doesn't take much to clean properly”

“The staff (assistant general manager) was phenomenal! She was so accommodating (she asked what floor I preferred, if I need an accessible room etc.). I would stay here time and time again. The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of options and a hot items to choose from (eggs, sausage sandwiches, bacon, an oatmeal bar etc.) ”

“Location is good”

“This hotel is nice but priced a little high. The breakfast is not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. It’s basically waffles and breakfast sandwiches or choice of cereal cup every morning. This hotel doesn’t have the hot eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fresh assorted fruit ect as Hilton’s homewood locations. However they do have a nice pool, workout room and laundry room. The room was clean prior to arrival but the hotel had some major issues with the room. The bathroom door WOULD NOT lock.. it’s a sliding door not a traditional door. The shower door DID NOT work. It was all kinda messed up. Hopefully all the rooms aren’t like that.”

“Very friendly check in, great room great breakfast”

“Location is ideal for everything. Complete kitchen with refrigerator. Only issue is the route, only one entrance & exit.”

“Clean spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and prompt. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the location was great.”
