“Nice staff, clean rooms, great value for money over all. ”

“I had two nights scheduled and broke down on the first night and did not make it called to let them know and asked to move the day I missed to the other side of the day I already had, they said they would they did not and I had to rebook thankfully there was availability”

“Good location, clean rooms, and generally good facilities. The stay was comfortable, but for the price, there is still room for improvement. The biggest challenge is the staff experience. Service really depends on who you encounter. Some staff are warm, friendly, and helpful, while others can come across as less accommodating. Different personalities are understandable, but the level of service should be consistent. Overall, a decent stay, especially because of the location and cleanliness. Better consistency from the staff would make a big difference.”

“Nice rooms, quite all the time, just all around nice place”

“Hotel is being remodel. I got a super nice room new bed ,new love seat. New TV. New carpet. Water was hot in the shower. Very nice place to stay if your going to need a room in Enid Oklahoma. ”

“The hotel met our needs, but could have been cleaner. The ice machine on our floor was broken and we had to go to another floor. Also, we had difficulty finding a place to park.”
