“Booked originally for location and based on reviews and pictures it was a good spot but upon arriving the property manager met me in the parking lot and simply asked for my first name and then just walked me to my room without asking for identification or confirmation. Once we got to the unit it was unlocked (not safe) and told me that the key was on the table inside. He spent maybe 15 seconds in my presence before walking away never to be seen. The room was small and heavily stenched of body odor. Fridge and kitchen appliances were stained , floor had two roaches crawling across it within 2 minutes of us turning the lights on, AC unit was turned off so it was sweltering in 86F Florida heat, college dorm room futon in tv space was stained and very “well used” and the real nail in the coffin was the used fuzzy bath matts in the bathroom with who knows how many germs on them. We left that same day without even sitting down and trying the twin size bed . Save your money and headache and go else where . ”
