“This hotel has an excellent location for visitors of Ellensburg. It is centrally located downtown and is walking distance to Central Washington University as well! The hotel is warm and welcoming, as if the staff. We had a great time during check-in with Tobias and a nice chat once we made our return to our room after dinner. :) Parking is a short walk away and I noticed there are a couple of ADA spots on the rearside of the hotel for guests with mobility issues. The room is oversized and full of nice touches all around. The beds, pillows and linens are all extremely comfortable. Ammenities are very nice too! A desk that is adequetly accessorized with power options for multiple devices. There is a fridge and a coffee maker in the room, as well as a safe and ironing board. Loving our stay here and this will be our top choice whenever we visit Ellensburg in the future. Thank you Hotel Windrow and Team! ”

“I feel our room was a little dirty, soap scum and black hairs in the tub. I didn't complain just rinsed it before I used the shower. The staff was very nice and informative. I feel it was a little over priced for the size of the room and the wear and tear from travelers. But it had what we needed and we relaxed in the hot tub. ”

“Nothing great. First night noise interfered with sleep, second stay, great difficulty finding my reservation. Someone had checked another person with the same last name into my room. Not very efficient.”

“One lady at frontdesk seems miserable at her job during our two times check-in there. Dog hair was visible on the carpet during our two different stays. ”

“Fitness center and pool shut down, who knows when it will reopen. Cleaning staff don't knock before entering room, just walk right in. Happened at 8am the last day of my stay. Found blood stains on my comforter Was hidden by sheet over top of comforter. Will show front desk before I leave Have pictures on phone Will be emailing Corporate. Is this how you treat customers?”

“We stayed at the Icon Inn for a baseball tournament. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was well taken care of. The community kitchen was great to prep breakfast and our to-go lunch.”

“Cheapest I could find. Halfway decent breakfast, no eggs or meat but had a waffle maker. Check in staff was great. Only outlet in my room that worked was the bathroom. Clean enough but like the title says: you get what you pay for. Would stay again if passing through in the future. As long as it’s still cheap. ”
