“Was advertised with breakfast but that did not happen ”

“Stayed to be closer to my daughters bridal shower. Brought all kinds of stuff up to room. The next morning the elevator was not working. No way was I going to carry all this down from the 3rd floor. They were able to turn the elevator on to let the cart go up, then I loaded it and sent it back down. That was super nice. Only downside, I'm afraid of stairs, but got through it. Staff super friendly and beds very comfortable. ”

“When I booked online, I had booked a king suite for my adult brother, father, and me. When I called the day before, they told me that we did not qualify for a king suite and that we would either get a king size bed or two double beds. When we arrived, we were given a room with two double beds and no sofa. 20 minutes after we checked in, as we were about to go to the wedding we were in town for, we were offered the nicer room because “management had approved it.“ I felt like I was begging for what I had in fact booked and paid for. While I am thankful they gave us the bigger room, I would not stay there again because I don’t believe that they advertise their policies appropriately.”
