“Unfortunately expectations were not met. The hotel had no WiFi, no TV, no swimming pool open, no in room drink making facilities, no extractor fan, a whining noise constantly from the window i think, plug sockets coming out of the wall, dominoes pizza box under the table, grubby rooms and an awful smell throughout. This hotel is a generally tired environment that needs to be more professional, staff were lovely but only 1 member of staff at times for the whole building is not good. Breakfast was very basic with some things out of order or not replenished. This is such a shame for the staff as they were really lovely, however you cannot keep a hotel running and in good condition without enough staff to do this. ”

“The smell of the room was terrible I could not stay in there without the door open the bed had to have been 30 years old you lay on one side and it felt like you were going to roll off onto the floor it took me 10 minutes to go in check it out grab my stuff and leave and go get another room at a different Hotel I am not a picky person a room just has to be clean and you have to be able to breathe”

“Nice size bug welcomed me into the room. Tossed him out the door and spent the next 5 minutes checking sheets, mattress, floor and whole room for more bugs. Nothing was found but still not a good welcome. Carpet in room was pretty nasty and room smelled because of the nastiness. Overall, I'd be inclined to stay elsewhere. Front desk was pleasant. Breakfast was good enough and shower was not the best but it worked ok. ”

“It definitely wasn't the best either.The price is way more than it should be three out of the five nights that I stayed there , my room smelled like sewage wind downstairs to tell the front desk and the employee was on the phone with.I'm assuming the manager and she was on speakerphone.And when I mentioned that my room smell really bad like sewage , the lady on the phone said, if I didn't like it, I could get my shit and leave like I wasn't asking to be compensated or anything, just wanted to let them know that the entire room smell the horrible. Literally, like I was in the middle of a sewage dump and was wanting to get some kind of cleaner or something to make the smell more bearable.\n But the 80, something dollars they charge tonight is 100% insane. There is no dog area like they advertise on their site. But other than that , it was a pretty peaceful quiet five days”

“Didn't know there was a problem in the general area because of a break in a water main line between Yukon and El Reno. AGODA should have known, and blocked bookings at hotels in area until boil water notice and problem resolved. I dont know if I will be okay from having stayed there because I brushed my teeth in the first room.”
