Jumped in the shower but water overflowed to the floor. Hubby called front desk to transfer rooms but as expected they said no other rooms. Alonzo attended to us and checked shower right away but no maintenance to look at it. Lady in front desk just gave me membership points. Wished i used website to book as booking thru Agoda won't give me any points. ”
