“The hotel was a tremendous disappointment. When we got off the elevator the entire hallway reeked of weed. It even seeped into the room. Also I was told there was an ice machine next to the elevator. There wasn’t one. I called and the attendant said it was only on the first floor. I asked to get moved because the entire floor smelled of weed and I needed the ice. The guy apologized and we did get a room on the first floor that was better. Although I thought he would say he would look into the cause of the weed stench. Never mentioned it. By this point it was getting a bit late and the AC unit was not pumping out very cool air. But I was tired, we were only there the one night and decided to not mention it. Was told that was the only room on the first floor so there was really nothing to be done. But for the unusually high price they charged you’d think you’d get a fully functioning AC. It was over 100 outside that day. Of smaller concern the room furniture wasn’t in the best of shape, either. On the plus side the breakfast was acceptable. I told the am staff about the AC on our way out. This person expressed disappointment for the shortcoming but I explained why I didn’t call it in at the time. The two staff I encountered were fine I think. But the condition of the hotel combined with the high price was simply unacceptable. ”

“I’m a regular customer here and every time I booked the room and I get there , the employees treat me pretty well and do a great service . It’s a nice safe place to stay and relax , beds are comfortable and room is quite big. They had a laundry room to use. A pool but I haven’t ask about it,Not sure if it’s open now that the climate is over90F Hot .This place has all what you need for the stay. I really recommend Motel6 to all of you. ”
