“I only stayed at this hotel for one night and it was a little late when I got in so I didn’t care to be discussing my issues with anyone. My family and I stayed in room *** which is a 2 bedroom suite. Upon entering, there was a disgusting smell of animals. I lit a couple of incense to get us through the night but the smell was there again in the morning. The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean overall, the smell was just disturbing. There’s a $250 hold fee for incidentals and pets are allowed at this location. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of the carpet and the smell. It is also an older hotel but it’s ok. ”
