“Finding the parking lot was a bit of a chore since it was my first visit. Richard (?) (older man with grey hair) was kind enough to show me the way to enter the hotel parking lot. He also recommended the salmon for dinner. The girl at the front desk for check-in was not customer service oriented. Did not make extra effort. I asked nicely for the cart and understand why there is a policy for its use. Her comments were throwaway and not helpful. The young man was better in his interaction. I went to the casino to get my food. The bar attendant was Jasmin (?) she wore glasses was very helpful, customer service focused and helpful. When I came in she was busy waiting on a few other people so I waited and amused myself with the menu and reading the tv above the bar. She provided my chosen food selections fairly quickly and I walked back to the hotel. Upon checkout then ext morning the desk provided the cart agina to me which I used to load my car. They also suggested where to get my gas so I could continue on my trip. Outside of the first employee (she had cornrow skinny braids) it was an okay stay. ”
