“에어컨이 전혀 시원하지 않아요. 온도가 계속 76도 정도예요. 그래서 밤에 프런트에 전화했는데 건물 문제라고만 하더라고요. 그래서 뭐 도와줄 수 있는지 물어보려고 했는데 아무 말도 없이 바로 전화를 끊었어요. 죄송해요. 도와드릴 수 없어요. ”

“We stayed here for a couple nights. The room fit our family well. The toilet kept running, and the microwave didn’t work, but it was fine. We managed and slept well in it!”

“We booked a room with jetted tub, and the tub was awful! Only 1 of the 4 or 5 tub buttons even worked. Turning on the jets let out freezing cold air or water that cooled the water faster than running hot water warmed it up. After turning off the jets, maybe a half hour later the jets would turn back on (in the dry/drained tub), and that was LOUD! We were actually in bed trying to sleep both times that happened and it shocked us all awake! The gap in the wall doors between the bedroom & bathroom was disturbing. You could easily watch someone going to the bathroom. We had to have maintenance fix our toilet twice! The first night we had to take the back off the toilet every time we flushed, or it kept running, and that was after the first time maintenance “fixed” it, because it wouldn’t flush at all when we arrived. That probably should have been addressed before we arrived. There was a mushy wall outlet sticking out from the wall that was scary, which we pointed out to maintenance, but he was not concerned. We have rehabbed 3 old homes, and we were concerned. Otherwise the room was big, nice, bright, and comfortable. There was also a shower that was clean & nice, despite the door sticking.”
