“We had a great stay here. It was conveniently located near the interstate. It was very clean. Staff were not very personable and acted like it was an inconvenience for us to check in. There was some serious miscommunication for times of things. We could not find anywhere in our room the check out time or breakfast time. I looked it up online on their website and it stated breakfast was from 6-930 am and check out was 12 pm. I received our invoice in my email and it said check out was 11 am. We went down for breakfast a few minutes before 9 am and nearly missed breakfast because it really ended at 9. My kids were so disappointed because they love hotel breakfasts and the waffles. There was basically nothing left. So that was very irritating that nothing is communicated properly. The parking tag in our car said check out was 1130 am. So I could not tell you what time check out really is. Overall it was nice. ”
