“Our room was basic, but clean. The hotel is discounted for a reason though. It’s dated and not like the pictures online. The pool was non-functional and the breakfast was marginal, at best. ”

“Even under renovations it was clean, comfortable and the Breakfast was hot and delicious.”

“This hotel and hostile are the best bang for your buck in durango. Super helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations and a gorgeous location!”

“The maid came in when she was not needed or wanted in the room, just to go and talk crap about us to her other co workers. She didn’t speak English, so she didn’t understand anything I said. We left the room and she would come into our room without us there. And the old man that works at the front or as maintenance I guess also was talking shit, because he came in our room when we WERENT there wouldn’t come in there when we were THERE to install a tv 3 times!!!! I don’t appreciate people coming in my room with MY belongings when I’m not there. They didn’t have a dresser for clothes and we were there for a week, so when our clothes were on the floor the employees decided to call us dirty. Made our last couple days there very uncomfortable and very off putting. Learn how to treat your guests. And keep your nasty comments to yourself.. cause when we were cleaning and leaving we found dog poop, and trash, and a rotten apple ( we never ate apples) under the bed. ”

“Good for value. Nothing special, but would come again if the price is okay. ”

“The room was so clean and pretty big. Hot shower is great. You have all facilities that you need in the room. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Staff was so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. ”

“Hotel is conveniently located near the Durango to Silverton Train Station. Clean hotel, great customer service, nice parking garage and a decent breakfast. ”

“Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Also offered places to eat.”
