“Everything was great. So convenient to shops and restaurants, close to w superior bike path, clean facilities, great breakfast, and kids could not stop eating the freshly baked cookies. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heart beat.”

“Very nice hotel, staff was great and the rooms were very good. Will be staying here again as I travel for work. ”

“Very clean. Staff nice. Very suprised! Right off the highway way better prices (they allow pets that other places in area didn't) and our pet stayed free. We were out and enjoyed Spirit Mountain as well as the wonderfully Duluth Grill right next door.”

“We stayed at the end of October, so were able to enjoy all of Pier B’s fun fall decorations. The resort is beautiful and is located in a nice spot close to the DECC and Canal Park. It is also easy and quick to get downtown. Our room was nicely appointed and clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness and Pier B and Silos were at the top of their game on this! It’s higher priced than many other area hotels, but we were also made to feel very special as guests.”

“The Zenith Basecamp is well-located and next to some of the best cideries and restaurants in the area. That’s great and the place was clean and seemed quiet. I only ever saw 1 couple when I was there. But, I was given no instructions before check-in and had no idea what to do. I never got any communication or acknowledgement from Basecamp staff. I ended up having to ask the clerk at the adjoining retail store how to find my room. She doesn’t work for Basecamp but was able to tell me where to park, where my room was, made me room keys, etc. She said she helps out when she can. Considering she acted as a front desk clerk and the actual staff was totally MIA and wouldn’t have known if I’d even checked in or not, I feel like they’re taking advantage of neighboring staff. Also, the kitchenette only had a mini-fridge. I was the only one staying downstairs so maybe there are more facilities upstairs but I was at a different hostel for 2 nights before for this stay that had a full-size communal fridge, toiletries and towels provided and was cheaper. So I don’t think the value is quite there either. ”

“Great location if you want to be near Canal Park. Attached to the skywalk which is a nice bonus, when it is open ”

“Everything was great, except the television was not working correctly and there were very limited channels available.”

“Wonderful stay. Awesome staff. Very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this amazing hotel located in the heart of a beautiful harbor. ”
