“My recommendation would be to request a room not facing the highway. Lots of traffic and rather noisy. Staff was friendly, beds comfortable and facilities clean.”

“I would not stay here again, the only good thing about the stay was the breakfast. The lady was amazing and nice and the breakfast was delicious. The place is wore out and old and very under staffed!”

“First of all this hotel needs renovations done like immediately. The rooms are horribly maintenance and not cleaned correctly and properly. The pricing for these Rooms are too expensive when they are in a "Goodwill standard". This is just ridiculous with the kind of hotel this is supposed to be how they're charging like it's a luxury but it feels and looks like poverty, Smh.”

“The stay and room was good, some of the towels were dirty and the breakfast was bad. ”

“All the facilities need to be renovated. Paint peeling and towel hooks missing in the bathroom. In the pool area, the metal doors need replacing as the constant steam/moisture has pretty much rusted them. Room was fairly clean but in desperate need of a face lift, especially bathroom. Shower appeared to have a "rain " shower head, not much water pressure, but didn't run out of hot water. Most of the staff were friendly, just one young man at check in that did not seem to have knowledge of how Agoda reservations worked. He was visible in his desire to not be bothered and annoyed he had to call the manager for assistant in checking us in. The hotel is the middle of Dothan and close to many restaurants or short drive around the circle. Highlight was a delightful lady who kept the breakfast stocked for hungry little league baseball families and as well as us other guests. She was engaging and her smile made my mornings. I expected more for a Fairfield Inn and the cost. Just "fair". ”
