“Condo style resort boasting the feel of a luxury home. It sits just short block from Atlantic Ave, & is within walking distance to all the shops & restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Beach is also within walking distance ... a block away. I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, living room & dining area. Kitchen is stocked with necessities like utensils, plates & glasses, & cookware. The 1-bd condo had a cute small balcony with chairds. You'll find beach towels, beach chairs, available & stored in the bedroom closet if you need them for the beach. There are 2 pools on the property. The property is gated ... although the gate is unlocked during business hours. Perfect retreat for a couple or a small familu. I would certainly stay here again when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking, you'll be given a parking permit to park on the property. ”

“New Hotel very fresh and clean. Decent breakfast. Would definately stay there again. Great value for the money.”

“This is one of my favorite places to stay in Del Ray. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, and it's within walking distance of nightlife in Del Ray Beach. The included breakfast is wonderful. There is a nightly fee for parking, but you can often find free parking on the street near the hotel.”

“Our room was very large with 2 king beds. Very clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was cool too. Plenty of chairs. Would definitely stay again!”

“This gets charged after you’re gone whether you’ve used the amenities or not. It’s not a resort so I’m not sure why you pay not just include it in the total price. Then we also got charged $8 for drinks we’ve never even used in the room. Seems like they fish for ways to make money. Other than that great room, restaurants at walking distance which is rare in Florida. ”

“This hotel has a funky concept (in a good way). It has a wonderful sized pool and it's very close to the beach (about 12 minute walk) and 5 minutes to Atlantic street where you will find amazing restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, parking is conveniently located in the facilities ($19/day)”
