“The check in process was cumbersome due to the reservation was made through a secondary system. The clerk could not find the reservation under our name and had us leave the queue to try and find the confirmation. It took an extra half an hour to check in and two trips though the line. Not to mention other impatient guests also trying to check in to enjoy the resort. I would greatly suggest a system consolidation to keep all guest reservations in one easy to find place to eliminate this type of confusion.”
