“I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Front Desk & Staff: The front desk team was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. When I first arrived, they gave me great local travel and transportation advice. The Hotel Manager was exceptionally warm, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist guests. Room & Housekeeping: The room was spacious, spotless, and very clean. The bedding was extremely comfortable! Housekeeping staff were polite and paid great attention to detail when cleaning the room. Amenities & Fitness Center: The hotel provides complimentary lemon water in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Complimentary bottled water (2 bottles) was provided on the first day. There is also an onsite fitness center, though it is quite basic—equipped mainly with treadmills and dumbbells, which is fine for a quick, simple workout. Breakfast: The breakfast is fairly simple—offering options like waffles, fruit, oatmeal, coffee, and bagels. While it isn't gourmet or overly extravagant, it gets the job done for a quick morning meal. Overall, the warm hospitality, attentiveness, and high standard of cleanliness made my 5-night stay very comfortable. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”
