“After we booked a room and got to the front desk and our Credit Card was taken, then we were informed the swimming pools close for repair.
When we get to our room, the shade won’t open or close. It’s basically torn off and just hanging there.
We are in an ADA room that is also at the very end of the hall. I guess the people who organized the construction of this hotel thought people disabilities need to walk the furthest. The bathroom sink was constantly clogged the entire time we were there.
The next-door neighbor smoked pot. The entire three days were in the room. It made my wife sick I guess they lived there.
Air conditioning did not work properly, half the time it blew out heat in the middle of the 90° summer day.
This hotel is an absolute garbage pile.
But the breakfast is good. ”
