“You get what you pay for. The value is good everything else is ok. ”

“Something must have changed since our previous 2 stays at this hotel, as the facility was not as clean as usual. Maybe new management? New housekeeping staff? Our room was okay, but noticed that it was dirtier than we expected. And had an odor to it as well. Other amenities were better…….the bar/restaurant was very nice, as were the breakfast buffet and fitness room. For the money and location, it’s a nice place to stay.”

“The room was smaller but nice. No towel racks and I was surprised at no vent in the bathroom. I wasnt comfortable at all on the mattress. The first night, I took the bedcovers for the sofa bed and put them under me. The next morning I ask housekeeping if they had any type of mattress topper. They did not but she offered one of their thick comforters, which I accepted. Along with the other bedding I had a good rest the 2nd night. For the record, I have not met a hotel bed anywhere that is not too hard for me. Not being accustomed to the area, the hotel was 30+ minutes from anywhere I needed to be. That was my fault. I booked this hotel mostly for the price and pool. I was graciously given a room right by the pool doors when requested. Loved the pool. It was clean and WARM! An extra foot or so of depth would have earned a 120%. Lol. I'll still give them 4 Stars for trying and I was mostly very happy with the accommodations.”

“Everyone was so amazing there they helped with all my needs and they had the best breakfast foods. They adored my father’s service dog and they even gave her a treat after they asked to give it to her. They were on top of everything you ask for. ”

“I had a great stay at Best Western. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the highway, making it easy to access. The property is clean, the rooms are well-maintained and tidy, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.”
