“The afternoon/night staff was incredible. Kind, understanding, and helpful. Went to breakfast the next day and buffet was not busy. Only 2 employees. Nobody to seat you or check you in. Waited 6 minutes while they walked around. You could tell they hated their job and didn’t care about customers. Got 1 drink with breakfast. They need to make the dining room the same quality as night desk staff. Morning desk not as friendly or helpful. Hotel was beautiful and very nice. ”

“The Hotel was very clean, the complementary breakfast was also good. The one thing that will not bring me back is the 20.00 parking fee per day. The Holiday Inn Emerald Beach is down the street and is a bigger hotel and they do not charge a parking fee. I will not be returning to this hotel.”

“The hotel was right across the street from the marina, beach, and a playground. The facilities are clean and modern. I got a one bedroom suite, which had a full sized fridge, stove top, microwave, and dishwasher. We could put the kiddo to bed, shut the door, and have some time to hang out in the other room. The pool was delightful. There was a complimentary buffet, which was not great, but definitely convenient and cut out an expense, and had a wide enough selection to be able to find something decent.”

“The room was not that clean when I come here for first night, I requested clean second night, they clean it better than before. There’s no gym here, but the staffs are good. ”

“The pool was amazing the kids loved it , night walking on the beach was fun and kids collected a lot of shells , over all beds are comfortable and the stay was a great one and staff was extremely nice . We definitely recommend ”

“I loved where it was and going in the room it smelled very nice but humidity was very high in there and when going to the baathroom behind the door there was an old poop dripped stain in the door and wall which it grossed me out . We bearly used the bathroom because of it . The tv remote was horribly dirty .if it was cleaner i wouldve put a 5 star but for the price and nice recepcionist i still recommend the place. Also there was trash all over the outside stairs . ”
