“On my recent visit i found this property to be ok. The staff were great but the property was a little bit tired. The pools jacuzzi wasn't working a The property was a little bit run down. But all up it was a plesent stay. For the money may look at something else in the future. ”

“They are always nice and they respect you to the fullest truly a top notch place to stay!!”

“Y'all made some fairly stupid decisions that almost left us stranded with no money left for our trip. I had to get my bank involved to dispute your charges because we decided to stay another night. I'm sure you often have people deciding after being booked their original stay to extend it by one or two nights. The problem was y'all charged us for both the original booking and the extended booking and would not refund the money for a single night stay or the first one. So we had the original one night charge to us, then we had the same night plus the additional charge to us again. What really pissed me off was that you guys were going to keep the money for both. The hotel itself is great this day was fine, we just now know never to use you again. Instead we'll just use the same companies you guys went through to book it because they would not have a problem.”

“We enjoyed our stay 😊”

“Younger receptionist was less helpful. Others are good”

“People live there is the problem”

“I always bring stuff to clean a room based on past experience. I can't say I saw any kind of residue as I cleaned surfaces so, cleaning was acceptable. The TV didn't work. It was unplugged at the wall behind the dresser. Manager came in with remotes and decided to pull the dresser away. He was really nice. The mattress was decent. The fire alarm was hanging down from the ceiling. No idea why. I told the manager after I noticed it. Ice dam in freezer portion of the fridge. Didn't use the microwave. The hair dryer wall catch was busted. The unit did work. The T-paper holder on the bathroom wall was broken. The roll was in a basket on the toilet tank. Not very sanitary. The lighted mirror was okay. Might be more difficult for a woman to see about applying makeup. It just had an odd lighting effect to it. Overall, I give it a 3.5-4 because I have been in far worse. Just the way it is these days. I'd go back. I know what to expect. ”
