“This hotel is quiet, the front desk staff is friendly on ALL shifts. You’ll receive consistent treatment no matter if it’s 1am, 8am, or 3pm. That is a good thing for hotels these days. The housekeeping staff is helpful when you need things, and they’ll always knock to ensure you’re ok. Sure, some rooms which are scheduled for remodel, do not have security latches, but you can always ask to see the room before checking in fully. My room was cleaned standard to the price point. This isn’t the Hyatt Regency. Please adjust your standards accordingly. They consistently make breakfast and fresh coffee around 6am daily. It wafts through the halls so you can’t miss it! Hopefully yall enjoy the stay. ”

“The place was nice and fancy they had a water fountain feature and they had a 24-hour arcade their pool was no offense dirty it was murky and it was just gross and they're 24-hour game place was a little bit lame I guess it was cool that it was all a quarter except for the the claw machine which was was rigged but other than that it was pretty decent place to stay their rooms are big and nice I got it for 112 that was something they never do for one bedroom suite so that's why I said that the price was okay otherwise I wouldn't be paying $168 bucks a night for nothing That's crazy to me but so again so on they don't give you enough towels at all they have no parking either they don't cuz they only have one door to come in which I think is crap too what else it's pretty quiet at night time they have security on deck and they do have a feature that I did like they text you during the whole trip that you needed anything that you need to be done could just be done by text I thought that was cool they give you free drinks too for each 21-year-old that's with you however the free drinks are only from 6:00 until 7:30 so I didn't ever get none and they're they said that their kitchen is or that the restaurant is closed at 10:00 but we will calling from 8:00 to 10:00 and I couldn't even get them to answer once so and and the breakfast is late I think it's from 7:00 to 10:00 which I think was cool too”

“Nice start, (Eric at front desk was especially nice and helpful). I have allergies, so I don't like all the guests walking their dogs through the lobby while eating breakfast, but that's about the only negative. ”

“Staff let us check in early thankfully. Clean facilities, welcoming, and great price compared to others. Would stay again when in the area. ”

“Had a good week. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only a couple of issues that I think needs improvement. The pool/hot tub area needs some attention from maintenance or an outside contractor. The hot tub also needed to be hotter. ”
