“Sophia at front desk provided terrible service. I have never had a hotel keep my deposit for false claims. me and my family was discriminated against and will not return to this location”

“I was back in the area for a friend's baby shower and needed a clean space to visit. Great location, nice to have a shopping center on both sides of the street, and take an evening stroll. I intend to visit this same hotel the next time I'm in the area. ”

“Whenever I have business in Niskayuna, I always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Clifton Park. Although it’s currently a bit hectic due to the ongoing remodeling, it remains the most satisfying place to stay. The staff are always friendly and cheerful, and I love the quiet atmosphere and clean room conditions. There’s really nothing more I could ask for. I plan to stay here every time I visit for business in the future.”

“Bon séjour en général Nous sommes venus l’an passée et le déjeuner était mieux. Les fruits n’étaient pas frais et le jus était plus bon. La chambre était propre Belle accueil à la réception ”

“Really wasn’t sure what to expect but due to last minute reservation issues this was the only lodging available. Suffice to say that I was apprehensive staying with family at such discounted rate, what was the catch? Honestly it was just nice older couples that made up the majority of the folks we saw. Yes it smelled like weed day 1 in the hallway, no longer there day two. The room had a refrigerator and microwave again catering to those of us on budgets. A quick run to Hannafords and you’re more than set. As it were other families did the same. The vending isn’t outrageous matching the average price of items found in store. This was delightful as the others like Hilton brands will hit you for 4.50 a soda or water. They had forks and plasticware available as our delivery driver had forgotten and they provided. Breakfast coffee amazing. Breakfast food options was at most grain options. I was thrilled with just coffee being available at the rate we paid. Yeah I was wrong about my perception. My ex had stayed in many red roof inns during travel for the college. After staying constantly at Holidy Inn and Hampton this was a huge savings and in my opinion a really good value. ”

“Tyrone was the best. We came in from the snow storm n he accommodated us. Will stay again”

“The stay here never disappoints and I would highly recommend but I would like to recommend an upgrade to the sofa mattresses in the rooms. My son slept on one and he equated it to sleeping on the bed of nails at “Wonder Works” at the Destiny Mall. ”

“Everything was great except for in my room. I did not have any of the liquid hand soap on the counter. The bottle was completely empty as if nobody checked it.”
