“It was an ok stay when 12/31/23 came along I wanted to extend my stay for two more nights. when I was told I had to pay an event rate which I found ridiculous, cause I didn’t want to join their New Year event for $199.99 a night I believe the guests should’ve have an option too do so.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and when it was time to check out the lady at the front desk kept my deposit because I had visitors come to my room she said they had to wait outside and I had to meet them outside so nowhere on the website does it say you are not allowed to have visitors come to your room but she tried to charge me $10 extra a day for the 6 days that I stayed there therefore she was saying I owed her $10 instead of her owing me $50 for my deposit I do not recommend this hotel there's a lot better hotels in the same area”
