“This Renovated little Hotel is quite nice. Bathroom can be a bit small when used to large size living, but all in all great location, away from the hustle and bustle. Parking is limited to basically 6 spots and we received a ticket for parking right in front of the office door, with the hotel parking sticker. They should probably fight to secure those parking spots as no parking exists in Clearwater. Would stay again.”

“Tyler and Austin were great. They resolved the issue with the air conditioner timely.”

“Room more fair clean they have a convenience store nearby a lot of restaurants nearby. The location is awesome.”

“Clean, nice view, free activities and bus to the beach. ”

“This is one of the cheaper hotels on CE beach, so offers great value for money. Positives - On its own beach which is stunning Friendly/helpful staff Great location - 15 mins walk from Pier 60. Cool Winter dolphin theme. Decent pool Nice onsite food at a comparably decent price Clean Good housekeeping Cons It’s an old hotel and is a little tired around the edges (but is cheaper than a lot of others on the beach) Parking $25pn, resort fee $10pn, cabana hire $35pd. This is annoying but I was aware of it and appears the ‘norm’. Most cheeky are the cabanas on the private beach. Altogether a good stay. ”

“Bar and location are great. Waterfront view WAS NOT! Room was just ok. NO water pressure. No ice in machine. For the $$$ I expected a lot better.”
