“Having had a coolant related issue in a truck and having to wait overnight but arriving mid afternoon in Chowchilla my options were limited at 34c outside air temperature and needing to take my daily legal requirement of rest the option was stay in the truck and risk potential health problems due to no idle laws or bail out to a hotel, this was the hotel closest I walked over and tried to book with two credit cards one declined after the other apparently ! So I booked online in the presence of reception, this was really annoying but how it had to be done, the room was totally adequate the aircon did its work and I slept really well, getting an invoice however from agoda is proving hard, I’m sure it’s straightforward but cannot crack the code to get it so submitted a screen shot !! For a stranded traveller it was perfect.”
