“Cosy stay, good food in the restaurant. Really nice outdoor pool.”

“The accommodation was nice overall and we had a pleasant stay. However, the bed was a little small for my taste. There was also not enough shower gel in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience. During our stay, we experienced several power outages, which were clearly beyond the hotel’s control. However, we received no information from the staff about the situation. One of the outages lasted for more than an hour. I think the hotel could have made an effort to inform guests by coming to the rooms. A small gesture or compensation at check-out would also have been appreciated given the inconvenience. Overall, the accommodation was good, but communication with guests during the power outage could definitely have been improved.”
