“This hotel is should be shut down by the health department. The room is disgusting and extremely filthy. I walked in and walked right out demanding a refund. The manager would not give me my money back so I left and called my credit card company. There was black mold in the bathtub. the floor in the room was cracked. Exposed Wires were hanging. This place was unsafe. The towels were dirty and the linen look like it was in washed. I have pictures to prove this if anyone wants to see them.”

“I often choose double tree and definitely they are good so I choose again n again. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will strongly recommend in this one. Newly renovated so feels cozy as well. ”

“I've stayed at Chico Super 8 several times over the past 3 years and I've always had an enjoyable stay, but this time my room was in poor repair carpet was disgusting burnt areas where the floor lamp was by the mirror & in front if the entertainment center had the same type of burned mark's on the carpet... The on button on the hair dryer wouldn't stay on. But the staff is always very helpful & kind. The breakfast could use a little more variety. But all in all it's a pleasent place to stay.”
