“We really loved our room and had a great stay overall. The room was comfortable, clean when we arrived, and we enjoyed our time here. However, during our 4-night, 5-day stay, our room was never cleaned while we were out. We weren’t sure if we needed to request housekeeping, as no one explained the hotel’s cleaning policy at check-in. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly informed guests about how housekeeping works. Aside from that, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.”

“We arrived late Christmas eve, the room Is spacious and spotless, until we decided to have shower, the shower knob is busted, it was immediately repaired but we went late for the Christmas dinner at our friends house, breakfast is good, facilities are great, we will get back at this hotel whenever there’s a chance.”
