“I like the two rooms and kitchen, nice for family. Check in was easy. What we were not happy about , they only provide 2 towels (other hotel we stayed have at least 1 extra) and no bath mat and no soap. Breakfast was terrible, the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. Breakfast end 9.30 am on Sunday, they said they stop refilling 9.15, we were there before 9.15 and no hot food left. A lot of people standing , they probably thought they will refill but no. One lady asked about it and they only said “oh sorry we stop refilling 9.15” well, if they refill on 9.15 there at least some food left but nothing was there including no fork, no plate, and a lot of people waiting. 9.30 they shut everything off , not sure this is discipline or being stingy. Not even the fork left and people still eating there. They also closed the swimming pool, it was long weekend, how can ? Idk, but they asked us to go other hotel to swim (their partner), we went there but it’s really awkward. ”

“We checked with into a room with mold on the ceiling and on the AC Unit (second floor). After awhile, a bird was stuck in the AC Unit and left fecal matter, so we had to transfer rooms (second floor in the back). The second room had a loud dog aftersmell in the AC Unit. Fortunately, the next day, we were moved to the final room, which was great. They change out towels daily. We did not partake in the morning coffee, so I can’t comment on it. The location is within walking distance to the train and a shopping plaza. Overall, I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again — as long the room is comparable to the room on the first floor. ”

“Large 1980’s airport conference hotel complex (3-in-1) that is waaaay past it’s prime. Area is sketchy (it’s Woodlawn), shopping center next door is anchored by a strip club and a vape shop. But it’s very well priced on agoda typically, relatively clean, and I’ve never had any issues with the hotel, my room or anything honestly. ”

“The hotel room was ok, could use some updates, like immediately. I also seen a customer act so rude to the representative Sabrina. Sabrina handled the situation with so much grace and respect. I thought it was super impressive how she dealt with the situation overall, just super professional!!!!!!!”

“The lady at night shift black woman rude as hell The whole whole time I was there, she was just rude to anybody and everybody, and she even made kids cry. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. online It says there breakfast is 14.95 but when you get up there in the morning time, the breakfast is almost $20. It’s not even a good selection . The light skin lady and the morning time is super sweet, super professional, super friendly she was the only good part of my stay. But definitely would not be going back.”
