“Terrible stay. Staff never follow through—calls to the front desk go nowhere. Housekeeping skipped days and left the room dirty, with hair still on the floor. The worst part: they randomly charged my credit card after checkout, even though the front desk confirmed no balance. Emails of complaint are ignored. Shocking that this place is branded as a Sheraton.”

“We got ambushed by friendly locals In Carrbora and got so tipsy that we had to find a last minute hotel. It was probably the best priced hotel quality wise with an outstanding welcome by the receptionist. The rooms were top quality, probably the best we encountered during our road trip from North Carolina to Florida. Highly recommended ! ”

“Spacious room with a fine bathroom. Close to a Whole Foods and many fast food outlets in an upscale mall. Free solid breakfast. Good elevator. Fairly quiet location. 2nd stay & would do it again. ”
