“Terrible stay. Staff never follow through—calls to the front desk go nowhere. Housekeeping skipped days and left the room dirty, with hair still on the floor. The worst part: they randomly charged my credit card after checkout, even though the front desk confirmed no balance. Emails of complaint are ignored. Shocking that this place is branded as a Sheraton.”

“Enjoyed by stay”

“Spacious room with a fine bathroom. Close to a Whole Foods and many fast food outlets in an upscale mall. Free solid breakfast. Good elevator. Fairly quiet location. 2nd stay & would do it again. ”

“This was one of the best experiences I have had at a mid-priced hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was fantastic, and the lobby and grounds were appealing and well maintained. It was also quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Definitely a great pick if staying in Chapel Hill. ”

“Room way too small”
