“Agoda collected taxes and fees with my booking but the hotel double charged for taxes and fees. Supposedly Agoda corrected this situation- I will wait and see if it is fixed. Hotel placed me in handicap accessible room and wouldn’t change me because they said they were totally booked, funny hotel was not crowded at all. No advance notifications that sections of parking lot were being replaced. This created a lot of confusion entering the resort, dirt & dust outside, and loud noise all day until 7pm at night Staff was not accommodating nor nice to work with”

“Scored this for a great price and it was a good home base while exploring the wider Palm Springs region. Included breakfast had a wide range of options and was tasty, room was clean, aircon was cold, plenty of free parking and the pool was great to cool off in with views of the mountains. ”

“Stayed only 1 night, but the experience was exceptional. The woman who checked me in had an encyclopedic knowledge of the property and services, very pleasant demeanor and professional. The room was beautiful, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchenette came in very handy, especially the fridge with the automatic ice maker. I thought the breakfast was great. Everything on offer was tasty and it made for a great start for the day. Like other reviewers, I was surprised about the $10 parking fee, and one can quibble about the why and wherefore, but life’s too short to get bent out of shape over $10. I will definitely stay at this property again. ”
