“The front desk personnels were very nice on Friday during the check in process. However, on Saturday afternoon there was an incident in the building that we were not informed. We arrived for the second night stay but unable to stay because of an issues with alarm going on, no power and flooding had occurred. That put us into scrambling to find another hotel/place to stay on Saturday night. It would have been great if a text notifying us of the issues as we were out and about the whole day. Lack of communication. The Saturday front desk staff told us that we could stay at the nearby Holiday Inn or Fairfield but those hotels had no more room for us to spend the night. It was snowing heavily and looking for a hotel in the last minute was nearly impossible. ”
