“The staff are very responsive and attentive. Unfortunately, both 2 elevators broke down the entire weekend we were there. With ADA mom with me, we had to be moved to the bottom floor while other family stayed in upper room. The bottom floor was decent but had small bugs looking like roaches so we had to leave room for spraying. It was way inconvenient to find another hotel especially it was my mom’s 85th bday & brother’s 61st bday so too hectic to keep changing arrangements. If not for the responsive staff, location and hotel outdoor grounds, I might not recommend staying here again ”

“수영장도 있고, 위치도 좋늠!”

“Great suite, cleanliness everywhere and a very good breakfast! We stay at different suite hotels when we rent out our Carlsbad home on VRBO. We need a one bedroom suite with a kitchen and pet friendly for our 7 lb Maltipoo! This fits our needs perfectly! We’d stay here all the time if this gave us the lowest price…but it doesn’t always. That’s my only ☹️ because we stay 70+ nights a year.”

“We had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel was beautiful and quiet. Can see the ocean from our room. Very spacious. ”

“The only complaint we have is the rooms don't have A/C. We stayed here in mid July and it was warm and humid. The rooms only have a window and ceiling fan.”

“Very nice hotel with beach access, pool, fire pits, ocean room views, spacious rooms, high quality continental breakfast and many other pros. The location is great and withing walking distance to Carlsbad Village. Can't wait to go back!”
