“Room was beautiful! Pool was awesome . With the exception of Alice at the front desk, staff was not friendly or helpful. ”

“We had a great stay, highlighted by the staff member Michael, who went above and beyond for us. Heated pool was great (closing for the season by the end of our stay), location is 2 minutes drive from most of the downtown restaurants and shops, or 20 minutes walk along the beach/designated walking area. Front desk was a bit bare bones, and no breakfast or food on-location, but with so many great spots around the area, this was a very minor issue.”

“The hotel is well located and the beach setup is a great amenity. However, we paid $*** per night and were assigned a dated room in the non-renovated wing with old carpet and furniture, scratched walls, and no Wi-Fi. Agoda’s listing showed renovated rooms and did not disclose that guests could be assigned a non-renovated room. We were told the renovated rooms were sold out, but with two young children and no other hotels available, we had no choice but to stay. I have yet to receive a resolution from Agoda. The room provided did not match what was advertised, especially at this price point.”
