“It's a great location and the staff was very friendly, and my mother enjoyed the pool and other amenities very much. We were not able to locate the ice machine until just before we checked out and I had issues with the hot water when I showered at night. It was either scalding, to the point of leaving my skin bright red and sore, or freezing, to where I was losing feeling in my fingers. The staff were very apologetic however the next day. Overall I liked this hotel and I would stay again, just perhaps not in the back building due to the water issues. ”
