“The room was clean, the staff are excellent. My only complaint is the hotel doesn't pick up after the dogs. I have a small Morkie that weighs 5 lbs. Why people don't pick up after their pets is beyond me but the hotel needs to step up and pick up the slack. I would suggest better signage as well as pooh bags. Thanks.”

“I booked a two night stay and when I arrived my bed was made and the room appeared to be clean and tidy. When I climbed in to bed to go to sleep I felt something on the sheets. I pulled the covers back and reached my hand down and there was a cigarette burn in the sheets that went all the way through to the padding. I then noticed pink sticky stains on the side of the comforter that was not visible when I opened the door. The bed had been made and the sheets and comforter had never been changed out. I called the office three times and got no answer and I ended up sleeping in the chair with my coat because it was too cold to sleep in my car and I had to work in the morning. When I returned from work I checked out and did not stay the second night. I would never stay at this hotel again and Ramada should be embarrassed to have added this hotel to their chain. ”
