“Room was never serviced not once, they did not ask if I needed clean towels or come to my room to offer new clean towels or sheets. Sad part was I head them on my hall at the other rooms was expecting to get asked but they never came to my door. Internet never worked. Doors were not working had to open manually the automatic doors. On my third day was locked out of my room had to have card reprogram to get in. Had to ask for ice bucket an was give a dirty one. In every Wyndham property I have stayed in you get completely shampoos an conditions to use, not in this one. Definitely disappointing. Beds were very nice and comfortable. The dog down the hall was a bit yappie at 6 am. But could have been worse. ”
