“Stayed here for a trip to Universal Studios. Great location adjacent to downtown Burbank. Staff is extremely friendly and had a good time. Rooms were very spacious and had all that was needed for our trip.. There is a pool but be warned it is small and tucked away.”

“The receptionist was amazing. She was so helpful and kind. The room was clean and she made sure I was ok with it before we checked in. Great location, right by restaurants, shopping and the freeway. ”

“The Courtyard Los Angeles Burbank front desk staff was quite nice. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. After a very long day of traveling, I arrived late. When I checked in I asked a simple question if the room had any water because the stores were closed. The front desk staff quickly retrieved a bottle of water from the back room for no charge. A simple, yet kind, gesture like that was quite pleasant after a long day. The room was also comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion would be to add room safes. Thank you!”

“From the outside, it looks like any other low end motel! When we entered the room we immediately noticed the dated furniture..but after a bit we noticed very thick crown molding, an updated shower, extremely comfortable beds and a small refrigerator that froze all drinks and leftovers (sure glad we didn't put anything in freezer area)..there is a restaurant in the parking lot that is only used for filming..and we we lucky enough to see some filming while we were there. Location to the airport, Universal studios, and the zoo were perfect without fighting the LA gridlock.”

“For what paid, the room was good. The walls are thin, and heard things didn’t need to hear. Someone smoked outside and it filtered into my room. No microwave either. ”
