“Suites are spacious, good and clean with amenities. Good breakfast spread including cooked items! Happy hour Mon to Wed evenings are great to socialize with others. Nearby eateries including choice of b'fast, grab n'go, italian, chinese, vietnamese and open till late nite mexican diner makes this a great place to stay, if you want a location closr to the UB north campus. “I’m one of your valued customers and for the very first time I’m very disappointed. The pictures I sent you speak by itself. Cold air coming in from outside under the door so we have to put towels. And also the next 2nd day we told to the receptionist no need to do our room but when came back to the hotel there were clean towels on the top of the bathroom sink, so my husband went to complain to the receptionist. Honestly, it was far below expectations and I would not recommend staying here. Needs serious improvements and also in cleanliness. Jocelyn and Husband New York ”

“Tried to extend my visit girl at the front desk made it difficult that’s was the only problem ”
