“I recommend this Hotel .. we stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was clean. Its close to a few restaurant. We specially like the Vietnamese restaurant which is a walking distance from the hotel. ”

“Though a moderately priced hotel - you would get the same, maybe better, from the $50 might be motel… beds not comfortable. ZERO coffee in the rooms, ZERO water in the rooms (not even an option to pay for a bottle) - kind of shocked for a Hyatt… also - I think the front desk was the bartender bc they never seemed to be there. Had I known I would have even paid more. ”

“I arrived and met a very nice lady at the front desk. She checked me in and I went to my room. There was a foul odor when I walked in but the bathroom was filthy. I took pictures and went back downstairs and showed her. She accommodated me and gave me another room. That room was just as bad and I had to shower with my crocs on and it was too late at night to start looking for another hotel. I was supposed to stay two nights but because the hotel was so dirty, I only stayed one night. I explained to the front desk and advised I will forward pictures to to the hotel later, which I did. I asked for a refund and they said I booked through Agoda which I did not even know that I did but I did contact Agoda and they said they will give me $32 refund. I paid $217 for the two nights. I will be reporting Agoda to the BBB. Be sure not to book on their site. ”

“The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The pillows were a little flat. Breakfast was good and the price of the hotel was reasonable. Would stay again.”

“First time staying at a Tru Hotel & I must say, that I'm pleasantly surprised about a few things actually. 1️⃣They're pet friendly & the pet deposit is only $25! 2️⃣ Breakfast is served from 6am-10am!! & it was included for free! 3️⃣ They have Foosball tables, giant connect-the-dots & other games/activities in the lobby/dinning area, that are free to use for guests! & the room was very spacious rooms & all the hotel staff were beyond accommodating and super polite. I would definitely recommend.”
