“The hotel could use some renovations. The bed was comfy. Restroom was ok. Housekeeping did not do a great job as there was a lot of hair on the shower tiles, sink faucet and even on the shower floor. There was soap scum next to the faucet and watermarks on the mirror. Overall good deal for the price but definitely not a 4 star hotel.”

“The 1st 2 pictures were the 1st room I got..broken air condition and briken frame on the wall...asked if I could be moved...Didn't seem like a problem with the Guy at the desk,but he siad he only had one room he could put me in which was odd because it wasnt sold out ,buy I appreciated it anyway .When I opened the door the next few photos show how the room was left and " supposedly " cleaned....Called down.and was stiches ro my thrid and finally room. This one was clean but the shower leaked and was plugged and so was the toliet..Wasn't even told about breakfast..which didnt seem like a real breakfast and the pool was closed...Very Disappointed..Ive been staing here on and off for travel for the past 3 yts and I won't be returning..”

“Staff was very pleasant, room was nice, hotel somewhat older and run down. IHOP connected to hotel was slow and food not great. Server came to table to take order deliver food and present bill at end only. ”

“It appears that the location has had some recent updates; everything looked beautiful! Two things that could have been better in our Room 163: 1. Better pillows. Ours seem to have hardly any stuffing and even if I folded up two of them, it was hardly enough to keep my head up. 2. There did not seem to be any kind a venting system in the bathroom. If there was, it was not functioning. Otherwise, everything was fine and we would definitely stay here again.”

“I can overlook a few things in a stay and often let the good points outweigh the bad. I have stayed in much more expensive motels with beds which left me aching and sore; these beds are quite comfortable and the pillows fabulous! You also can’t beat a massive TV in a suite room, plus another in the separate bedroom. For our travel purposes the location and value is outstanding. There are a number of other motels in the area but we also really like the breakfast here. Now the reality. Some folks might be upset with a little chipped paint or dust on a ceiling fan or coffee stain on a carpet. If you can get past that to an otherwise clean room you’re fine. I will stay here again next year on my annual visits. ”

“두 가족(총 4명)이 주말 동안 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 호텔이 아주 깨끗했고, 직원분들(특히 프런트 데스크의 소피) 모두 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었어요. 객실은 넓고 침대도 정말 편안했습니다. 어른들은 호텔 앞 야외 공간에 가스 벽난로가 있어서 음료를 즐기며 시간을 보냈어요. 십대 아이들은 수영장이 조금 작다고 했지만, 거의 자기들끼리만 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 호텔 바로 옆에 다양한 식당들이 있고, 동물원과 브루어스 야구 경기장에도 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶어요!”

“The room was very clean an the facility smelled great. I love walking into a property that doens't have that perfume trying to cover old stench smell. This is a very well taken care of property. From the grounds to the rooms. Staff also all very friendly ”
