“This place is considered an extended stay where it seems people live. It is next door to another place like this although assisted living. You get a bed, bath, and a kitchenette that is empty. You have to purchase utensils, plates, etc. No iron, no coffee maker & no blow dryer. There is no one to clean or give you towels. No service at all. ”

“The hotel was very clean and the rooms too , very nice pool area with a tiki bar etc all on a marina The Sunset was beautiful, some of the front desk ladies seemed a bit cold etc There was a $25 resort fee which seemed excessive for a small hotel with a smaller pool I would however book again due to cleanliness and great marina views, restaurants on property were ok nothing spectacular but good enough ”

“My husband and I needed a place to stay for one day between checkout from our vacation rental and our flight home. After looking at every airport hotel and beach hotel near Sarasota, I chose Legacy at IMG Academy. I saw photos of the pool and that sealed the deal. It is as beautiful as the photos, perfect for a veteran swimmer who loves to swim laps, not plunge. The staff was amazing, allowing us to check in by 11 a.m., so we were able to enjoy the facilities all day. My husband played on the putting green and walked around to see a track meet, a baseball game, and a soccer match. Now that I have found this place, I will book it every time we visit Anna Maria Island.”
