“My husband and I stayed here on the night of New Years Eve. We arrived at the hotel around 4pm for check in, that process was fine, dropped our bags in the room and headed to a restaurant in the hotel to get a drink to enjoy in the hotel lobby. The restaurant was not busy in the slightest. Still, the staff wouldn't give us the time of day. We had to flag down a server to take our drink order because the bartender wouldn't even look up. Another employee behind the bar told us they weren't a bartender and then just walked away without saying anything else. Even after ordering it took near 25 minutes to get our drinks. So I guess the moral is, the room was fine and clean, but don't expect to get any reasonable customer service. ”

“This is not a major-service hotel -- no fitness center, no breakfast, etc. But they're perfect for spending a couple of nights, when all you really want is a place to sleep that's only 35 minutes from Eldora ski resort and much cheaper than most places nearby. It's an easy walk to loads of restaurants and attractions, and a short drive for groceries.”

“Mostly minor niggles, but they add up: - a bit hard to find for someone from out of town - exceedingly limited menu options at the restaurant for those concerned with their health - noise from showers/toilets throughout the night - poorly ventilated workout room with no fans - guests are forced to spend $20/night to park in the garage as there's no other parking available - given this is nearly twice the price of other hotels in the area, one would expect better”

“When we went to check-in, our room type (2 Queens) was overbooked so the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The suite was spacious with a kitchen. The only negative to the property is the parking. It was hard to find when we first arrived at the hotel and not attached directly to the hotel. Good news is there is some street parking. ”
