“방도 넓고 캐리어 2개 펼쳐놓아도 넉넉했어요! 숙소도 깔끔하고 화장실도 좋았어요. 샤워실 물이 안내려가는 거랑 조명이 어두운게 아쉽지만 커피포트도 있고, 방도 넓고 너무 편하게 잘 묵었네요. 머물때는 춥고 어둡고, 샤워실 물이 안내려가서 불편했지만 뉴욕으로 넘어와 다른 숙소에 머무니 보스턴 숙소가 최고였음을 깨달았네요.. 그리고 가장 중요한! Tatte가 바로 앞이고, whole foods market이 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았습니다!!”

“I have several complaints about the Newberry Street property. On 08/26/2023 my two kids and I stayed in the Unit 3 apt. We arrived to the 304 Newberry Street property at 2:40pm just a little before the 3:00pm check in. I went up to the Unit 3 apt and it was not cleaned. Used towels were on the floor, bed unmade, dirty dishes in the sink, and so on. Check out is at 10:00am., yet our room was not ready for us until after 4:00pm. That is an hour after the 3:00pm check in time. At around 9:30 pm in the evening we saw a mouse crawl from the kitchen, stop in the living room, then move behind the couch. Me and my kids were completely uncomfortable and are afraid to move anywhere in the apt. Also, when my daughter went to rest in the bed, the sheet underneath the comforter was wet. There was a 16 inch in diameter wet spot. I touched it. It was not damp, but completely wet. We had to take off the sheet from the bed. Our experience at the 304 property was not enjoyable, comfortable, or satisfying. I would never recommend this property. ”
