I have several complaints about the Newberry Street property. On 08/26/2023 my two kids and I stayed in the Unit 3 apt. We arrived to the 304 Newberry Street property at 2:40pm just a little before the 3:00pm check in. I went up to the Unit 3 apt and it was not cleaned. Used towels were on the floor, bed unmade, dirty dishes in the sink, and so on. Check out is at 10:00am., yet our room was not ready for us until after 4:00pm. That is an hour after the 3:00pm check in time. At around 9:30 pm in the evening we saw a mouse crawl from the kitchen, stop in the living room, then move behind the couch. Me and my kids were completely uncomfortable and are afraid to move anywhere in the apt. Also, when my daughter went to rest in the bed, the sheet underneath the comforter was wet. There was a 16 inch in diameter wet spot. I touched it. It was not damp, but completely wet. We had to take off the sheet from the bed. Our experience at the 304 property was not enjoyable, comfortable, or satisfying. I would never recommend this property.
