“Definitely recommend Fairfield. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the facility was well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The only thing to recommend this place is location. Right in downtown Bonita springs and walking distance to restaurants etc - that’s great. But the room amenities leave a lot to be desired. The absolute worst all the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. They require squeezing to produce product. I only have shoulder length hair, but it took me five continuous minutes of squeezing to provide enough product while the shower was running. Multiply this by three for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For a facility that prides itself on natural and organic, This is a terrible waste of resources. Next is the staff. The cleaners tried to open my room at 10 AM even though the checkout is noon. When I opened the door and told them that I will check out at noon they walked away, but then I shortly walked out to get something and they congregated on me asking if I was leaving. And finally, when I checked out, they tried to charge me for two bottles of metal water bottles that they claim security had seen me take from refrigerator that I did not even know existed. I had never entered the reception desk after check-in. Instead of taking my word for it, they had to check the security cameras to confirm that I had indeed not taken this water. Meaning some other brown skinned woman was on camera doing so and they assumed it was I. Ridiculous and humiliating. ”
