“If you aren’t driving and willing to pay 4/5 star hotels, this is it. Really close to the mall like walking distance. And they offer free shuttle to and from the mall every 30 minutes or less. Drivers are awesome specially C.J. Rooms are dated and pools were under renovation. ”

“This hotel could be a great place to stay. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The pillows and bed linens are very comfortable. The problem is that the hotel has cut back so much on staff and conveniences that I it is not conducive to anything but an overnight stay while waiting for your plane. There are no bellman although the shuttle driver will help with bags if he is there. Restaurant hours have been severely limited; the bartender is also the waiter; there is only one person at the front desk and all services or food must be paid for by credit card as they do not accept cash even if you are purchasing a bottle of water from the lobby store. I have never experienced a hotel in the Hilton chain that has cut back so severely. The staff, working under all the cutbacks, was still extremely accommodating. ”
